This project started out as a simple drawing in my sketchbook. After I looked at the sketch, I thought it would be a fun summer project to paint it in gouache. It was my first time using the medium, and once I was done with the painting, there were some things I wanted to change or add digitally, so I decided to do it again in Adobe Illustrator. I then created a repeating pattern with the Fairy Godmother and sparkle assets and created mock ups using Adobe Stock. Summer 2026.
